Chapter 8 of Title 26 of the Pohnpei State Code - Land Resources.

This Chapter provides rules relative to the hunting of birds. It prohibits in general the hunting or killing of Pohnpei lorikeet and owls and prohibit the taking of pigeons outside of the prescribed season. The Chapter also prescribes penalties for offences.
