This Act concerns compensation for fruit-bearing trees destroyed or damaged due to work on public projects. No claim for compensation shall be paid unless the destroyed tree is certified in the manner as prescribed by this Act. Claims shall be presented to the Division of Land Management in the Department of Resources and Development in the manner as prescribed by this Act.
