Chapter 9 of Title 25 of the Chuuk State Code - Dynamiting Fish Prohibited.

This Chapter prohibits the use a canoe, boat or motor for the purpose of diving for, selling, purchasing, or possessing fish which have been caught by the illegal use of dynamite or other explosives. The Chapter also prescribes measures of enforcement and penalties in respect of this offence.
