These Regulations amend the principal Regulations of 1994 by introducing a supplement to the 4th edition of the approved supply list and thereby implementing article 1(1) of Commission Directive 98/73/EC adapting to technical progress for the 24th time Council Directive 67/548/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances.
