This Chief Executive Order approves the annual quota of imports for Hydro-chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) established in Table C of the Order 78/GM/95. It prescribes according to article 50 of the Basic Law of the Region under Special Administration of Macau, to article 7 of Decree-Law 62/95/M and to the Order 78/GM/95, the annual quota of imports for Hydro-chlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs).
