This Circular of the Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment applies to innovative activities of companies specified in the Government Decree No. 24 of 2000 implementing the Law on Foreign Investment. It provides for the approval of high-tech industrial projects and projects involving application of new biotechnology, and treatment of waste or environmental pollution in general, and for the consideration of incentives in the form of the application of a special investment regime for
