The Ministry of Trade issues this Circular to ensure the "serious and effective" implementation of the Regulation on the labelling of goods of 1999. State management bodies shall intensify the inspection and control of the implementation of the Regulation regarding the labelling of goods placed upon the market and the handling of violations thereof in accordance with directions laid down in the present Circular. The Directions prescribe form and content of inspection of the labelling of goods.
