The Circular of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development further implements the Decision of the Prime Minister of 24 March, 1998 on the exportation of timber and forestry products and the importation of wood material and forestry products. In that Decision, the Prime minister in principled agreed to allow enterprises to process and export wood products made from timber of natural forests in Vietnam. This circular specifies groups of products, and provides for export procedures.
