Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 92 of 1999 on sanctions against violations in maritime field, the Ministry of Communications and Transport hereby provides detailed guidance for uniform implementation of a number of articles of that Decree: The directives here issued concern the construction of ships (1), time limits in the sense of article 7 of the Decree, permits for port departure (4), warning signals (5), diagrams of fire fighting systems (6); oil and bulge water-filtering equipment (8)
