This Circular has one year validity and specifies all prohibitions, restrictions and obligations imposed by General Directorate of Protection and Control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, related to the fishing season covering 1 April 1999 until 31 August 2000, in compliance with article 23 of Fishery Law No 1380, and articles 14 and 16 of corresponding regulation.
