This Circular provides for the procedures for the grant of veterinary medicine practice certificates (sect. 2). Section 3 deals with the procedures for the withdrawal and re-grant of veterinary medicine practice certificates. Section 4 provides for the inspection of veterinary sanitation conditions of veterinary medicine establishments.
