Circular on Renewal of Registration of Environmental Management of First Import of Chemicals.

This Circular provides for the notification of relevant issues concerning the renewal of registration certificates of environmental management of the first import of chemicals for foreign businesses who export chemicals to China for the first time. The term of validity of the newly issued certificates shall be five years.
