These Regulations amend the Climate Change Agreements (Eligible Facilities) Regulations 2012 in relation with eligibility of a facility to be covered by a climate change agreement and the estimation by the administrator of the intended supply or use of reckonable energy by the installation to determine whether a greenfield facility is eligible to be covered by a climate change agreement.
