This Act makes provision for the constitution, registration and functioning of cooperative societies, their duties and Privileges, matters regarding shares of members, amalgamation or transfer of societies, divisions of societies, qualification and Rights of Members, Property and Funds of Registered Societies, Annual Returns, Audit and Inquiry, Dissolution and cancellation of a Registered Society, and the determination of disputes between members, members and society or organs of a society.
