This Act amends the Co-operative Societies Act in various sections in relation with: application for registration of a co-operative; the Board of Directors and credit committee of a co-operative and supervisory committees of a co-operative or a credit union, central credit union and central co-operative society; shares of a co-operative, loan by credit union and other financial arrangements.
