Regulations to make provision with respect to the organizational structure and proceedings of the Cooperative Fund Committee. The Committee shall administer the Central Cooperative Fund, promote cooperative training and the general development of the cooperative movement in Malta, commission research and study, collect payments of sums to the Central Cooperative Fund in terms off section 91 of the Cooperative Societies Act. The Committee shall consist of four members representing cooperative soc
