Cooperatives shall be registered with the Registrar of Cooperatives who shall issue a certificate of registration. Where the Registrar refuses to register a cooperative, notification of refusal shall be given in the form as attached to these Regulations. Modification of by-laws or change of name shall also be registered and a certificate issued. An application for membership in a cooperative shall be the form as attached to these Regulations.
