These Regulations implement provisions of the Cooperative Societies Act and regulate more in detail various matters mainly relating to internal organization and procedures of cooperative societies including: fees to be paid under the Act (regs. 3 and 4); dividends (reg. 6); bonds (reg. 8); financial statements (reg. 9); election of directors and committee members (reg. 12); termination of membership (reg. 17); by-laws (regs. 19 and 20); and borrowing, investments and other financial arrangements
