These Rules implement provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act in relation with the registration of societies, by-laws of societies, audits, duties of members, internal organization of societies and control of societies by the Committee. The Rules also establish a Management and Supervision Fund and, in the Schedule, prescribe forms for purposes of these Rules and the Act.
