This Regulation, consisting of eight Chapters and completed by seven Schedules, provides for the following aspects related to National co-operatives: Formation, powers and constitution of co-operatives (2); Management and operation of co-operatives(3); Structural and other events for co-operatives (4); Participating co-operative (5); Vacant Chapters (6 and 7); General (8). Schedules establish the following: Exclusion of prescribed offices--relevant interest in share or right to vote (1); Particu
