The purpose of this Act is to help the development of the coal industry for the rational exploration and efficient utilization of coal resources, secure the stable demand and supply of coal and coal-processed goods, facilitate the distribution process, promote the implementation of coal mine area development projects, to thereby contribute to the balanced growth of the national economy and promotion of the national standard of living. The Act consists of 46 articles divided into 6 Chapters: Gene
