These Regulations implement provisions of the Coffee Industry Regulation Act with respect to: inspections of coffee cultivations; the keeping of records by coffee dealers and the owner, operator, occupier or manager of coffee works; the requirement to obtain a licence from the Coffee Industry Board for the operation of coffee works; trading in coffee; the prohibition to supply entirely green coffee to the market; appeal to the Minister under section 9 of the Act; and offences.
