Colours for use in foodstuffs Regulations 2001 (P.I. No. 60/2001).

The use of colours in or on foodstuffs is permitted only if the substances are considered to be among those defined as permissible and the use of them are provided for under these Regulations. The use of authorized colours in or on foodstuffs is prohibited on certain foodstuffs set out in Annex III, unless specifically provided for in the fourth, fifth or sixth Annex.
