This Decision establishes the conditions under which Member States may authorize the importation of birds from certain third countries (those specified in Annex D). In particular, birds must: (1) originate from holdings which are registered by the competent authority of the exporting country; (2) be accompanied by an animal health certificate as laid down in Annex A; (3) be transported in cages or crates which are individually identified with the identification number that shall correspond with
