The placing on the market and utilization of plant protection products may be authorized only if their active substances are listed out in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC. On the basis of the present Decision, benomyl shall not be included in the list aforementioned. Therefore, no authorizations for plant protection products containing benomyl shall be granted or renewed.
