Commission Decision 2004/292/EC on the introduction of the Traces system and amending Decision 92/486/EEC.

This Decision requires Member States to use the Traces system from 1 April 2004. The Traces system refers to the integrated computerized veterinary system provided for in Decision 2003/24/EC. Member States must cease entering messages in the Animo system from that date.
