Methabenzthiazuron shall not be included in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC laying down the list of active substances authorized for incorporation in plant protection products. Subsequently, Member States shall ensure that authorizations for plant protection products containing such substance are withdrawn by 25 October 2006. Article 3 and the Annex lay down particular derogations from this provision.
