This Decision adds points from 21 to 27 to the Annex attached to Directive 2002/95/EC on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The Annex specifies the applications of lead, mercury, cadmium and hexavalent chromium which are exempted from the requirements prescribed by article 4(1).
