This Decision replaces articles 4 and 5 of Decision 2003/804/EC, which concerns respectively conditions for the importation of live molluscs for human consumption and additional conditions for the importation of certain live molluscs for human consumption. Moreover, it replaces articles 5 and 6 of Decision 2003/858/EC, laying down respectively conditions for the importation of fish products of aquaculture origin for human consumption and additional conditions for the importation of certain fish
