This Decision sets forth the conditions and phytosanitary requirements under which the plants and seeds of the genus Brugmansia Pers. spp., and the species Solanum jasminoides Paxton may be imported into the European Community. The aim is to prevent the outbreak and spread of Potato spindle tuber viroid.
