This Decision sets forth the conditions under which fishery products of fish belonging to the families Scombridae, Clupeidae, Coryfenidae, Pomatomidae and Scombresosidae originating in Albania may be imported into the European Community for human consumption. In particular, those products must be accompanied by the results of analytical tests revealing that histamine levels are below the limits prescribed by Regulation (EC) No. 2073/2005.
