Commission Decision concerning the non-inclusion of fentin hydroxide in Annex I to Council Directive 91/414/EEC and the withdrawal of authorizations for plant protection products containing this active substance.

In accordance with the present Decision, Fentin hydroxide shall not be included as active substance in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC. Subsequently, plant protection products containing such substance may not be placed on the market. Additionally, Member States shall ensure that authorizations for plant protection products containing fentin hydroxide are withdrawn within a period of six months from the date of adoption of this Decision.
