Annex I to Directive 91/414/EC is replaced by the text in Annex I to this Directive. Member States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 1 July 2002 at the latest.In particular they shall, in accordance with Directive 91/414/EC, where necessary, amend or withdraw existing authorizations for plant protection products containing lambda-cyhalothrin as an active substance by that date.
