In Annex II, Parts A and B to Directive 1999/45/EC the term "R40" shall be replaced by "R68", as set out in article 1 of this Directive. Moreover, Annex V(B) to Directive 1999/45/EC is supplemented by the addition of new paragraphs 11 and 12 as in Annex I to this Directive.
