Article 1 of this Directive fixes the maximum pesticide level for metsulfuron-methyl in cereals. The Annex attached, on the other hand, supplements Annex II to Directive 90/642/EEC as regards the maximum residue levels of pesticides in fruit, nuts, vegetables, legumes, oil seeds, potatoes and tea as specified therein.
