Commission Directive 2002/80/EC adapting to technical progress Council Directive 70/220/EEC relating to measures to be taken against air pollution by emissions from motor vehicles

This Directive has been enacted to adapt to technical progress Directive 70/220/EEC which aims at preventing air pollution caused by gases from positive-ignition engines of motor vehicles. Annexes I, II, III, IX, IXa, X, XI and XIII to that Directive are amended as set out in the Annex hereto.
