In the light of the need to reduce human exposure to dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs through food consumption and taking into account that food contamination is directly related to feed contamination, the present Directive amends point 27 of Annex I and Annex II to Directive 2002/32/EC as regards the undesirable substances dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans.
