This Directive amends Directive 2003/90/EC by replacing Annexes I and II, which lay down the lists of agricultural plant species that must comply with test protocols elaborated by the Council of the Community Plant Variety Office as well as test guidelines approved by the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants.
