Commission Directive 2007/52/EC amending Council Directive 91/414/EEC to include ethoprophos, pirimiphos-methyl and fipronil as active substances.

This Directive amends Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC by including ethoprophos, pirimiphos-methyl and fipronil in the list of active substances laid down therein. Member States must, where necessary, amend or withdraw existing authorizations for plant protection products containing ethoprophos, pirimiphos-methyl and fipronil as active substances by 31 March 2008.
