The purpose of this Directive is the definition of a uniform model both for the register of approved establishments and intermediaries and for the list of registered establishments and intermediaries engaged in the animal feed sector. Chapters III and IV are devoted to the approval of establishments located in third countries and the registration of establishments located in thirds countries respectively.
