This Regulation lays down the list of the smoke flavouring primary products authorized to the exclusion of all others in the European Union for use in or on foods or for the production of derived smoke flavourings, as referred to in article 6 of Regulation (EC) No. 2065/2003. The Annex contains the list and related conditions of use (as per food categories).
