This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 1235/2008, which concerns the arrangements for imports of organic products from third countries. The amendments deal in particular with the compilation and content of the list of recognized control bodies and control authorities for the purpose of equivalence, and the procedure for requesting inclusion in the list above-mentioned.
