This Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulations (EC) No. 952/2006, (EC) No. 967/2006, (EC) No. 555/2008, and (EC) No. 1249/2008 as regards the communication and the notification obligations within the common organization of agricultural markets. These amendments are adopted in view of the development by the Commission of an information system that allows managing documents and procedures electronically in the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy.
