This Regulation aims at the recovery of the stock of hake in the ICES sub-areas and divisions specified in article 1. Subsequently, the provisions hereby established shall apply solely to fishing vessels operating within such sub-areas and divisions. Articles 3 and 4 determine the nets which shall not be used.
