The present Regulation establishes detailed rules for the application of Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 as regards the gathering of information to identify wine products and to monitor the wine market. Chapter I deals with harvest declarations: natural or legal persons, or groups of such persons, who harvest grapes shall submit each year a declaration containing as a minimum the information specified in the Annex attached.
