This Regulation amends and supplements Annexes I, II and VI to Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002. The amended Annexes deal with definitions to specify the application scope, hygiene requirements for the collection and transport of animal by-products and specific requirements for the processing of certain animal by-products.
