Without prejudice to the general rules on foodstuffs, oenological practices and processes are governed by the Community rules laid down in Chapter I of Title V of Regulation (EC) No. 1493/1999 and the Annexes thereto. In addition, the present Regulation sets out the Community code of oenological practices and processes.
