The present Regulation supplements Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 on maximum residue levels (MRLs) of pesticides in and on food and feed of plant and animal origin by inserting Annex I. The Annex lays down the list of food and feed products for which presently Community or national MRLs exist as well as those for which it is appropriate to apply harmonized MRLs.
