This Regulation establishes methods of sampling, sample preparation and analysis for the official control of levels of dioxins and dioxin-like PCBs in the foodstuffs listed in Section 5 of the Annex to Regulation (EC) No. 1881/2006, which include: meat, fishery products, raw milk and dairy products, hen eggs and egg products, vegetable oils and fats, mixed animal fats.
