Regulation (EC) No. 1622/2000, under which the Community code of oenological practices and processes has been established, is hereby amended and supplemented. Article 11a shall be inserted. In accordance with this new provision, lysozyme may be used in wine products as long as it meets the requirements set out in Annex VIIIa, whose text is entirely contained in the Annex hereto.
